Job Summary:
KGM Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget—while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

• Coordinate subcontractors and internal crews.

• Oversee permitting, inspections, and closeout documentation.

• Communicate effectively with owners and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
   

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.

• Proven track record of leading successful projects.

• OSHA 30 certification required.

• PMP certification a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Project.
