Seton Catholic Event Center Builds Momentum
The Seton Catholic Event Center ⧉ continues to move forward as structural construction, interior framing, building systems, and campus improvements advance across the project. The 50,000 square foot expansion is now taking shape both inside and out, with second floor construction, steel framing, stair installation, and early interior work defining the next stage of the build.
KGM Builders is coordinating each moving part while the active campus remains in operation, bringing Seton Catholic closer to a modern facility built for athletics, student life, alumni events, and community gatherings.

Project Overview
Progress on Every Front
The Seton Catholic Event Center ⧉ continues to move forward as structural construction, interior framing, building systems, and campus improvements advance across the project. The 50,000 square foot expansion is now taking shape both inside and out, with second floor construction, steel framing, stair installation, and early interior work defining the next stage of the build.
The existing gymnasium has received a new roof, allowing renovation work to continue, while exterior site improvements progress alongside the main facility. Stair installation, steel framing, decking, and building systems are now connecting the project’s earlier groundwork to the finished spaces Seton Catholic will use every day.
KGM Approach
KGM Builders is managing the Seton Catholic Event Center ⧉ as a coordinated, multi-stage campus expansion. Structural work, building systems, site access, and daily school operations must move together through careful sequencing.
Working alongside experienced trade partners in concrete, masonry, steel, electrical, mechanical, roofing, and interior construction, KGM is keeping the project focused on safety, schedule, and quality while delivering a durable facility built for Seton Catholic’s future.

PROJECT PROGRESS
The Build So Far
1
Breaking Ground

In April 2025, KGM Builders broke ground on the new Seton Catholic Event Center, marking the official start of the 50,000 square foot campus expansion. The project will support athletics, student life, alumni events, and community gatherings through a flexible two story facility.
2
Site Preparation

Existing structures were removed, utilities were rerouted, and essential site infrastructure was installed to prepare the campus for construction. This stage established the access, drainage, and groundwork needed for the building to rise.
3
Going Vertical

Block walls, roof trusses, and structural framing brought the facility above grade and defined its exterior form. The building moved from a prepared site into a visible structure with height, scale, and recognizable interior spaces.
4
Building Momentum

Structural construction, second floor work, stair installation, interior framing, and early building systems are now advancing across the project. At the same time, gymnasium renovations and exterior campus improvements continue, allowing several parts of the facility to move forward together.
