The Story of KGM Builders
KGM Builders was founded in 1998 by Kevin Markham, whose roots in construction run deep in Central Phoenix. After working in his family’s civil construction business and earning a construction degree from Arizona State University, Kevin took a leap and started his own company. With early support from family, mentors, and business leaders who knew his work ethic firsthand, KGM Builders began as a small operation with a simple goal: build quality projects that serve the people of the Valley.
Over the years, that mission has taken shape in lasting ways. KGM has helped build the spaces where the community learns, gathers, works, and grows. Projects have included schools and classrooms, churches, mortuaries, clean rooms, warehouses, offices, and tenant improvements. The team has also delivered gyms, athletic facilities, auditoriums, and full stadium builds, including football and baseball fields for local high schools. These aren't just projects. They’re part of the everyday fabric of the Valley.
