Job Summary:

KGM Builders is hiring a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare competitive, accurate bids and proposals. This role plays a key part in business development and preconstruction planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural drawings and specs.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

• Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing.

• Assist with bid packages and RFIs.

• Coordinate with project teams during handoff.
   

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience estimating commercial projects.

• Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.).

• Strong math, organization, and time management skills.

• Experience with design-build or CMAR delivery a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
