Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of commercial construction projects. This role provides administrative and logistical support to Project Managers and Superintendents.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain project documentation and digital files.

Schedule meetings, inspections, and deliveries.

Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Coordinate internal communication and document flow.

Provide reporting support through Procore and Excel.
Qualifications & Requirements:

1–3 years of construction or project admin experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with construction documentation workflows.
-
Procore experience a plus.

Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
