Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of commercial construction projects. This role provides administrative and logistical support to Project Managers and Superintendents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project documentation and digital files.

  • Schedule meetings, inspections, and deliveries.

  • Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

  • Coordinate internal communication and document flow.

  • Provide reporting support through Procore and Excel.
     

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of construction or project admin experience.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with construction documentation workflows.

  • Procore experience a plus.

  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
